Do you take insurance?No, we do not bill or use health insurance. We focus on delivering healthcare services focusing on you as an individual. Our services are offered through wellness packages billed on a monthly basis, or for one time appointments to give us a try.

How much does it cost?We use a monthly membership model for healthcare, and prices can vary between $2-$5 a day!

What is included in the monthly membership?The monthly membership covers excellent primary care by providing open access to our services. Feel free to visit us in our office, call us when you need us, text us, or email us. You can schedule your annual wellness exam, receive basic office procedures, and optimize your health while under our care. Our members will also have access to at-cost laboratory testing.

What if I decide to cancel my membership?We understand that your needs may change, and we want to help you through whatever transitions you're making. If you need to cancel, we require 30 day notice. If you sign up for a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual term and decide to cancel, your remaining balance will be refunded.

When does the membership payment start?Charges of your membership start at your first appointment, or the beginning of the next billing cycle (the first of the subsequent month), whichever comes first.

Do you have a wait time?No, our patients do not wait for their appointments. We see our patients on time. We also guarentee same-day or next-day appointments for our patients. So, when you’re a member you can have piece of mind that you’ll be seen when you need it.
